What is the process of exchange?

1. You make a request for currency exchange on the home page. the required currency pair and fill in all required fields.

2. After registration you will receive the details that need to complete the transaction and payment instructions.

3. Payment must be carried out for 1 hour (for Western Union 5 hours) after registration.

4. After you made the payment, click on the button I made a payment. Our staff process your request in 10-20 minutes.

5. You will receive an email with your payment details after completion of the exchange , also SMS (if there is a mobile phone number).

What operations can be performed with the help of your service?

You can buy / sell Bitcoin, Western Union USD, MoneyGram, Gold Crown, UAH Privat24.

Application is paid. When I get the money to my wallet?

After receiving the money in exchange, our operator process your request in 10-20 minutes.

Terms of money transfer

1. Privat24 - the money comes in for 15 minutes.

2. Bitcoin - the money comes immediately. We wait for 3 confirmations from the Bitcoin system. Aftre our operator processes your request.

3. Western Union, MoneyGram, Gold Crown - the money is transferred up to 3 working days. We can get the money within 15 minutes if you send us a transfer code.

How can I check the status of my request?

If you don’t have the personal account, check your Email, which you have specified in the request.

The status of my request changed to Canceled, how to be?

Also check whether your outgoing payment is completed successfully.

Possible causes:

1. You did not make the payment within 1 hour after the request.

2. Not enough reserve currency to pay for your request.

3. You entered the incorrect payment details and the system can not make transfer.

I want to make the exchange but there is no required sum in the reserve.
